The Finance Officer reports to the Director of Support and Administration and Managing Director.
Job Overview:
The Admin and Finance Officer will provide general day-to-day support to the company in terms of recruitment, document processing, timekeeping, employee relations and other related matters.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Finance Officer may vary depending on the needs of the clients:
- Responsible for recording and summarizing financial transactions and producing the necessary financial reports for their respective accounts. They are also responsible for ensuring the company’s compliance with government-mandated requirements.
- Facilitate the billing of all clients every month.
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
- Handle office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
Qualifications:
- With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
- With at least 1 year experience
- Strong decision-making and problem solving skills
