The Finance Officer reports to the Director of Support and Administration and Managing Director.
Job Overview:
The Admin and Finance Officer will provide general day-to-day support to the company in terms of recruitment, document processing, timekeeping, employee relations and other related matters.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Finance Officer may vary depending on the needs of the clients:
Responsible for recording and summarizing financial transactions and producing the necessary financial reports for their respective accounts. They are also responsible for ensuring the company’s compliance with government-mandated requirements.
Facilitate the billing of all clients every month.
Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
Handle office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
Qualifications:
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
With at least 1 year experience
Strong decision-making and problem solving skills
