The Engagement Acquisition reports to the Director of Marketing and IT&S.
Job Overview:
The Engagement Acquisition is responsible for gathering clients and dealing with all customer questions about the products and services that the company offers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Engagement Acquisition may vary depending on the needs of the clients:
- Researching and identifying sales opportunities and generating leads.
- Understanding and promoting company programs and services.
- Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/ services as per their needs
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Closing deals and contract negotiation.
- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
Qualifications:
- With a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or other related courses.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to quickly build rapport with clients or potential clients
- Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
