The Engagement Acquisition reports to the Director of Marketing and IT&S.
Job Overview:
The Engagement Acquisition is responsible for gathering clients and dealing with all customer questions about the products and services that the company offers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Engagement Acquisition may vary depending on the needs of the clients:
Researching and identifying sales opportunity and generating leads.
Understanding and promoting company programs and services.
Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/ services as per their needs
Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
Closing deals and contract negotiation.
Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
Qualifications:
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or other related courses.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to quickly build rapport with clients or potential clients
Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
