Pao Dela Vega assumes the role of Chief Executive Officer within the firm, where he oversees daily operations. Since 2015, Pao has excelled in securing notable clients and serving as an Interim CFO/consultant for diverse companies across industries including Renewable Energy, Airlines, Holdings and Investments, Banking and Finance, Trading, E-commerce, Brokerage and Logistics, payment systems, and other entrepreneurial service groups.
Pao has established himself as a trusted advisor for foreign entities seeking entry into the Philippine market. Throughout his career, his focus has been on assisting startups and fast-growing companies in establishing robust corporate infrastructure and controls to enhance business management. He specializes in conducting due diligence for acquisitions, risk mitigation, and steering pivotal aspects of organizational development.

Alexander S. Que is a seasoned management accounting professional with prior experience at one of the Big 4 Firms before venturing into consulting. Alex’s consultancy expertise spans various facets of business including Operations, Accounting, Human Resources, Purchasing, and Inventory Management. He has provided consulting services to businesses across diverse industries such as Transportation, Travel Agencies, Financial Institutions, Logistics, Educational Institutions, Hospitals and Clinics (both Human and Veterinary), Restaurants, Manufacturing, Conglomerates, Associations, as well as to professionals including Doctors, Lawyers, and Freelancers.
