Reports To:
The HR & Admin Staff reports to the Director of Support and Administration and Managing Director.
Job Overview:
The HR & Admin Staff will provide general day-to-day support to the company in terms of recruitment, document processing, timekeeping, employee relations and other related matters.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the HR & Admin Staff may vary depending on the needs of the clients:
- Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
- Perform end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to on boarding and documentation.
- Process timekeeping summary every cut-off.
- Maintain a record of absences, leaves and overtime.
- Process government mandatory payments and reports.
- Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
- Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
- Recommend strategies to motivate employees.
- Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.
- Handle office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
- Use computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
Qualifications:
- With a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent
- With at least 1 year experience
- Preferably a Registered Psychometrician
- Deep understanding of Labor Law
- Strong decision-making and problem solving skills
