HR & Admin Staff

Reports To:

The HR & Admin Staff reports to the Director of Support and Administration and Managing Director.

Job Overview:

The HR & Admin Staff will provide general day-to-day support to the company in terms of recruitment, document processing, timekeeping, employee relations and other related matters.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The duties and responsibilities of the HR & Admin Staff may vary depending on the needs of the clients:

  1. Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
  2. Perform end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to on boarding and documentation.
  3. Process timekeeping summary every cut-off.
  4. Maintain record of absences, leaves and overtime.
  5. Process government mandatory payments and reports.
  6. Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
  7. Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
  8. Recommend strategies to motivate employees.
  9. Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.
  10. Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
  11. Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.
  12. Handle office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
  13. Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
  14. Use computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.

Qualifications:

  • With a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent
  • With at least 1 year experience
  • Preferably a Registered Psychometrician
  • Deep understanding of Labor Law
  • Strong decision-making and problem solving skills
  • Keen to details
